Disney's Blizzard Beach Cool off with a blizzard of fun at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. Disney legend has it that after a freak winter storm blanketed the area, Florida’s first ski resort was born. Now you can enjoy the most slushy, slippery and exhilarating water park anywhere. From a relaxing and refreshing trip down a lazy river to the spills and thrills of high-flying waterslides, the entire family is sure to enjoy a full day of fun in the Florida sun. So dive in and get your feet wet in these exciting attractions: Downhill Double Dipper Shoot the tube and blast down the parallel, 230-foot-long “wintry slopes” at 25 miles per hour. Feel the rush as you slide, side-by-side down the double dipper hill. As you reach top speeds on your inner tube, you’ll disappear into a tunnel before finally re-emerging just seconds before your epic splashdown. Slush Gusher Looking for some extra speed? Try speeding down the 90-foot tall Mount Gushmore in a slush-banked mountain gully. Two humps create brisk fun-filled ups and downs on your journey to the bottom of the powder-capped mountain. Launch down the slopes in the shadow of Summit Plummet. There's "snow" where else like it. Summit Plummet Look out below! Only the bravest will dare to take this vertical plunge from the top of the world's tallest and fastest free-fall body slide. At an exhilarating height of 120 feet, this sky-scraping ski jump of a thrill ride drops you down the slopes of Mount Gushmore at a speed-limit-breaking 55 miles per hour for a 360-foot long trip back to the bottom. Head for the summit and get ready to plummet. Tobaggan Racers Race in one of eight side-by-side toboggan lanes that shoot you swiftly down the snowy mountain. Hang on to your mat and head down the bright white slopes. Exhilarating dips make your charge to the finish line an avalanche of fun. Snow Stormers Ready. Set. Sled! Challenge your friends and family members as you speed down the slopes in switchback slalom-style racing slides. Bank through the curvy path marked by the ski-type racing gates. Choose from one of three different downhill racing courses, then hop on your mat and away you go. Every race finishes with a refreshing end in the plunge pool at the bottom of the course!

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Take a look at what this storm brought in! According to Disney legend, a furious storm once roared across the sea, hurling surfboards into trees, blowing small boats through roofs and throwing a shrimp boat onto the peak of a volcano. Yet amidst all that destruction, the typhoon left in its wake a water park filled with twisting tides, rip-roaring rapids, wacky waterways and relaxing lazy rivers. Now you can experience this wet, wild and wonderful place for yourself – at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon! This fun-filled 56-acre water park also features a special area where guests can snorkel among live sharks and other tropical fish. Excluding the snorkeling area, all water to 75-80 degrees year-round. Castaway Creek – Hop aboard your inner tube and head down this 2,100-foot continuous river raft ride that meanders through rain forests, caves, open grottos, waterfalls and a waterworks area. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Gangplank Falls – The whole family can get wet together! Huge inner tubes holding four people careen down these rushing rapids and through special water effects and rock formations on this 300-foot ride. Humunga Kowabunga – Got a need for speed? You’ll travel at speeds up to 30 mph while being whisked down one of the three enclosed slides and through caves on this 214-foot ride. "Crush "N" Gusher – This thrilling ride, themed around an abandoned and decaying tropical fruit processing center, is unique to North America. In two-person rafts, you choose between three different slides that range from 410 to 420 feet long, the Banana Blaster, Coconut Crusher or Pineapple Plunger. Each section propels you through twists and turns, tunnels and spillways as you slip and slide toward the final thrilling plunge into Hideaway Bay. You'll encounter water jets that will push you backwards while careening down this wild waterway.
